Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem Critical Care Float Newark, New Jersey

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable healthcare professional for a 13-week assignment. This role requires flexibility and proficiency in various critical care units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Float to units within skillset including ICU, CCU, CTICU, and Step Down as needed.
  • May also float to holding areas such as the ED for admitted ICU patients without a bed.
Work Schedule
  • Every other weekend required.
Patient Ratio
  • 1:1-3 for critical care.
  • 1:4 if floated to stepdown.
Qualifications
  • BLS & ACLS certification required.
  • Experience with Swan Ganz catheters is highly preferred.
  • Preferred exposure to devices such as IABP, Impella, and VAD.
  • Previous CTICU or Medical Cardiology experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of Acute Care experience required.
  • First-time travelers are accepted.
