Posting Summary | Rutgers University- Newark (RU-N), an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, a city of promise is seeking an Assistant Admission Director. Reporting to the Assistant Chancellor of Enrollment Management, the Assistant Director, Graduate and International Admissions is a member of the admissions leadership team and serves as a critical advisor to the Assistant Chancellor on all strategic and operational matters for graduate and international students. The Assistant Director position oversees all aspects of the graduate and international student admissions life cycle.This position is responsible for and not limited to the following:
This role has significant visibility and accountability to the campus and the public and requires public presentations about general and specific admissions policies and decisions. In addition, this position works closely with Admissions leadership and collaborates with other key university departments (OISS, Deans, Financial Aid, Student Affairs), as necessary. |

Work Arrangement | Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Therefore, there is no guarantee that this flexible work arrangement will continue beyond that date.
