Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage and lead a team of 12 Account Executives, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for managing the global SASE specialist pipeline.
  • Oversee and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute global sales plans to achieve quota for the assigned team.
  • Maintain an accurate overlaying forecast of business opportunities within the team members and the Head of Global Sales.
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with regional executives.
  • Collaborate with the Channel leaders to speed up Security Service Edge pipeline creation.
  • Work closely with the Check Point field sales leaders on building territory strategies.
  • Lead weekly and quarterly meetings.
  • Influence the product roadmap according to customers' priorities.
  • Liaise with product management and marketing teams to tailor our offerings to meet the dynamic needs of global clients.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development within the team.
  • Maintain and oversee product knowledge-based guides and lead the development of a support community.
Qualifications
  • Min. 5 years of experience directly managing a high performance sales team
  • Solid experience in leading Networking and/or Cybersecurity sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to develop and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
  • Technological mindset - able to have a technological discussion with other sales leaders and customer stakeholders, as well as high-level technical meetings
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical messages in a clear and simple way.
  • Strong team player and collaborator.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Degree in a related field, Business, Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
