Description We are extending an opportunity for a Sr. Client Data Analyst to join our team based in Newark, Delaware. In this role, you will be responsible for validating data, driving improvements through detailed data analysis, and contributing to our Data Governance team's goal of enhancing data quality, expediting anomaly detection, and improving data quality at the source.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert to validate and analyze data, challenging the quality of data and driving improvements.

• Develop and implement processes to import large, complex data sets into a cloud (Snowflake) environment.

• Create algorithms to transform, analyze, and compare data to generate actionable insights.

• Identify and design process improvements for more efficient, repeatable reporting processes.

• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

• Perform checks for staging and loading data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Handle data-related technical issues, providing solutions and maintaining smooth operations.

• Acquire data from various sources and reload updated data into databases, ensuring data is current and accurate.

• Participate in central data cleansing activities to accelerate data quality remediation.

• Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives and projects, collaborating with various data governance groups and Subject Matter Experts.

• Utilize tools such as SQL, SnowFlake, Alteryx, Tableau for data management, reporting, and querying. Requirements • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and team members

• Proficiency in reporting, including the ability to interpret and present complex data

• Proven experience in operations within a data-driven environment

• Excellent analytics skills with a focus on quality and detail

• Familiarity with database design and check processing

• Proficiency in optimization techniques to improve data efficiency

• Expertise in SQL for data analysis and management

• Understanding of cloud technologies and their application in data analysis

• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction

• Experience in process improvement in a data-centric role

• Basic programming skills for data manipulation and analysis

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to data management

• Experience in delivering data-driven projects on time and to a high standard

• Proficiency in Tableau for creating dashboards and visualizing data

• Familiarity with data collection methods and tools

• Strong data management skills, including data cleansing and transformation

• Excellent written communication skills for preparing reports and presentations

• Experience in algorithm implementation for data analysis and remediation
