25 temporary full-time positions 10/01/2024 to 3/15/25 shovel and throw snow, chip ice, apply salt treatments to pavement. Use snow shovel, snow thrower, salt spreader, ice chippers. No education or experience necessary. Must lift/carry 50 lbs. 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday \$17.24/hr. + OT at \$25.86/hr. ER provides without charge all tools and equipment. On-the-job training provided. Transportation (including nec. meals and lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transport will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence will be reimbursed at rate of at least \$15.46/day during travel up to \$59/day with receipts. Reimbursement in first workweek for all fees related to visa, visa processing, and border crossing. Single workweek to calculate pay. Payday every 2 weeks. Only payroll deductions required by law.
