What You'll Contribute
The Senior Manager of Product Lead– Private Student Lending will support the day-2-day business management of our flagship Private Student Loan business. The candidate will be positioned within the Product Management team that is responsible for P&L ownership, Product Management & Development, Analytics, and Business Strategy. This unique role requires a dynamical individual that can work cross-functionally to manage our product suite, drive growth, reduce costs, optimize client experiences, and maintain a strong Controls environment.
What You'll Do
Be a thought leader responsible for developing and executing the product vision, crafting product solutions, and monitoring core KPIs
Engage with consumer research and analytics to identify trends, customer needs, and monitor the competitive landscape
Provide direction to the Product Development process in regards to what should be built, why, and the economic opportunity
Guide day-2-day business management across a series of including Product, Distribution, Client Experience, Marketing, Operations, Technologies, Legal, Risk, Controls, Compliance, and Finance
Prepare management updates and reporting on business performance including achievements, challenges, and continuing areas of improvement

What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Math, Finance, Information Systems / Computer Science, or Engineering. MBA or Master’s degree candidates preferred.
5+ years of relevant industry experience required within Financial Services, Technology, Management Consulting, or FinTech preferred
Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for objective decision making
Ability to multi-task with accuracy, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills with the ability to influence across all levels of management
Proven strengths at collaboration across a matrixed organization to drive business outcomes
Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools and practices
