Position Overview:

As a fully competent Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery and facility. This position involves performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across a range of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and related equipment.

• Install, adjust, and repair various mechanical equipment.

• Conduct tooling changes and equipment adjustments as necessary.

• Inspect, rebuild, and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses, valves, and pumps.

• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition to minimize downtime.

• Utilize welding and fabrication skills for machine repairs.

• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.

• Collaborate and communicate frequently with other departments to foster teamwork.

• Follow all safety standards and compliance regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Execute other duties as assigned by management, as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication abilities.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.

• Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
