Colton RV & Marine is seeking RV Sales Associates, in our North Tonawanda, NY dealership, who are career oriented, a self-starter with high energy willing to work hard and have fun in our growing dynamic RV industry. Requirements Your responsibilities include: * Create an excellent atmosphere and buying experience for our customers. * Create, meet, and exceed sales goals on a monthly basis. * Establish rapport and maintain open lines of communication throughout the sales process. * Be a liaison between the customer and all departments. * Conduct comprehensive walk-through presentations with customers. * Obtain contact information and maintain communication with potential buyers until their needs are met. * Take part in our continuing education and training cycle through morning meetings and scheduled vendor training. * Attend RV shows (2-3 times annually) * Most Important - Have fun while selling dreams!

To be successful you will need: * High School Diploma, minimum; College Degree, a plus * 3+ years of proven work experience in a customer relations/sales related background, highly preferred * Previous sales experience is not required. We will consider any individual that possesses the innate skill set and drive to succeed * Valid NYS driver's license, upon hire and throughout employment. * Ability to successful complete pre-employment background check and drug screening * Excellent communication ability * Proficient computer literacy * Professional appearance and attitude are a must * Valid State License & Clean Driving Record Required

Salary Description 12-month, Fully Commissioned Paid
