Meta Workforce Strategy Analyst in New York, New York

Summary:

At Meta, our Infrastructure Data Center (IDC) team is at the forefront of designing, building, and operating a complex and rapidly expanding network of data centers. With dozens of locations worldwide, IDC includes thousands of skilled employees and contractors, each fulfilling hundreds of unique technical positions.The IDC Strategy team is seeking a Workforce Strategy Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with leaders and other stakeholders to execute IDC’s strategic workforce plans. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and attention to detail to navigate complex, fast-paced challenges.

Required Skills:

Workforce Strategy Analyst Responsibilities:

  1. Bridge strategic workforce planning and execution by developing recommendations that improve the feasibility of plans and ensure alignment with workforce policies and strategy.

  2. Triage and troubleshoot issues unique to the Data Center context that disrupt hiring or the execution of the workforce plan, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and tooling teams. These issues can impact anywhere from a single position to hundreds of positions.

  3. Coordinate the Data Center position change request process by working with stakeholders to clarify requests and consolidate information for an executive audience to streamline approvals.

  4. Proactively and systematically prevent roadblocks to executing IDC’s workforce plans by developing first-of-kind solutions, improving processes, and implementing automation.

  5. Demonstrate judgment and discretion when handling highly sensitive people data.

  6. Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant technical field.

  2. 3+ years of experience in position management and executing headcount plans.

  3. 3+ years of experience solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment and partnering with numerous stakeholders.

  4. 3+ years of experience in collaborating with and presenting information effectively to senior leaders.

  5. 3+ years of experience analyzing and systematically improving and automating processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in workforce strategy and budget planning in rapidly scaling organizations.

  2. Experience communicating and managing changes related to workforce policies.

Public Compensation:

$104,000/year to $146,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
