Workday Manager (Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) - New York, NY); Multiple positions available: Offered salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 per year. Maintain PIMCO’s Workday system by ensuring all configurations are integrated into the system in alignment with the business’s sign-off requirements. Assist testers in vetting updates and configuration changes and act as a liaison with business stakeholders on all system-related issues. Address issues raised by the business by tracking system errors and inquiries, analyze data to identify trends, and report findings and recommendations for improvement. Review and validate security changes for weekly and semi-annual Workday system upgrades in addition to evaluating the impact of the same in relation to current system configurations. Communicate changes to impacted business users and coordinate efforts to train users on how to effectively utilize newly upgraded systems. Monitor system security processes ensuring users’ access aligns with business requirements and/or approvals. Troubleshoot issues and liaise with the Workday team to ensure new functionality builds and updates are robust enough to continuously meet business needs. Revise and execute product schedules for routine/specific reports requests and prepare ad hoc reports as dictated by business needs. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Workday technical tools; HCM applications; incident management; programming languages, including HTML and SQL; configuring Workday systems; Benefits, HCM, Payroll, Learning, Performance, Time and Absence, or Recruiting modules; and, generating reports and integration development.
