Carry out trading desk activities including providing timely, accurate and professional pricing and ethical execution to customers for Interest Rate Derivatives products. Formulate and implement trading and effective hedging strategies arising from client transactions within authorized trading limits. Maintain awareness of all market trends and developments, regulations, economic and financial data, and other important factors (e.g., fiscal changes) likely to affect the trading book. Monitor and manage cash positions, funding, XVA and similar risks. Work with Quantitative Analytics and IT teams to ensure that appropriate models/tools are implemented, and desk infrastructure are improved. Develop analytics to help enhance pricing accuracy, monitor pricing dislocations, and improve hedging strategies. Develop and monitor the electronic pricing platform algorithms (on Bloomberg, Tradeweb, etc.) and hedging strategies. Provide market commentary, ideas, intelligence to clients and internal partners and participate in client visits. Travel 5% of time within the US to visit clients.
