Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC seeks a Vice President in New York, New YorkDetermine required IT solutions and assist with implementations. Enhance and leverage marketing technology and platforms to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients. Analyze processes, applications, and tools. Define requirements and support the execution of projects to change and enhance business. Contribute to changes in processes and procedures and act as a subject matter expert. Document processes and business/functional requirement documents, including data flow, business rules, and use cases. Conduct information gathering activities including surveying, analyzing, and evaluating processes, products, and services by using a variety of internal and/or external data. Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and iterative development principles are adhered to. Run daily team Scrum meetings and own Sprint planning and release planning. Assist with the change management and QA/Testing phases of projects. Assist with coordinating business unit subject matter expert meetings to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements. Ensure project team adheres to project plans and help to identify and resolve discrepancies. Build and leverage a client 360 view to deliver an effective digital client engagement. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years as an Associate, Analyst, or a closely related occupation.
