Assist with the change management and QA/Testing phases of projects. Assist with coordinating business unit subject matter expert meetings to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements. Ensure project team adheres to project plans and help to identify and resolve discrepancies. Build and leverage a client 360 view to deliver an effective digital client engagement. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years as an Associate, Analyst, or a closely related occupation.
