JPMorgan Chase Vice President-Product Marketing, Payments Portfolio in New York, New York

Payments represents one of the most exciting and rapidly changing areas in the entire financial services industry. This fast-paced, highly creative & collaborative team is looking for the dreamers & builders who can craft a vision for a breakthrough concept, inspire & influence their peers and stakeholders to get equally excited and then see that concept to execution, all while having fun while doing it.

As a Vice President of Product Marketing within the Payments organization, you will be responsible for shaping the product marketing strategy, positioning and storytelling for JPMorgan Chase's Payments Portfolio. As part of this, you will play a crucial role in defining, operationalizing and delivering our "product moments showcase" - a net-new initiative to lead positive recognition of our key differentiation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy to activate a drumbeat of product moments, aligning with our overall business and product marketing objectives

  • Define, develop and establish compelling product narratives and messaging that can serve as the foundation for our "product moments showcase" initiative

  • Formulate a go-to-market plan and roadmap, with clearly defined "moments" that can help shift perception of the Payments portfolio (and support growth)

  • Build, establish and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders and marketing counterparts, including executives, product managers, and regional marketing teams, to successful "stand-up" and operationalize a new initiative

  • Own, lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects, deadlines, executing complex marketing initiatives from inception to completion

  • Lead and manage day-to-day agency initiatives, with proven ability to deliver and communicate strong strategic briefs

  • Lead and champion an exciting new way of showcasing our uniquely comprehensive portfolio, centered on trust and innovation

  • Ensure that our showcase is focused on high-impact outcomes for the business, with measurable results

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing with proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies

  • Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and initiatives

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Highly attentive to details and ability to identify unique areas of opportunity from customer insights

  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and harmoniously with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization

  • Experience in technology, fintech, or software industries
