The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Position Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Technician A. The Technician will receive training from the Clinical Research Core and work directly with Principal Investigators and other entities as needed for the research protocols. Previous experience working in clinical trials is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive follow-through of assigned projects
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe PDF
- Ability to keep records in an orderly fashion
- Ability understand and adhere to compliance policies
- Ability to respectfully and effectively communicate with staff and faculty
- Support other job functions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of college or a completed A.A. program with an emphasis in chemistry, biology or physics or a completed animal husbandry program. One year of related experience, or equivalent in education, training and/or experience.
- Previous library or related experience, usually six months.
- Intermediate to advanced level MS Office and Adobe skills.

- Basic understanding of elementary science
- High level of initiative and willingness to collaborate with team members
- Excellent organizational and time skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professional with different levels of staff and students.
