Student Services Temp Summer 2024

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Interim Director of Student Services, this temp position will service students and support the student services team. This position will be a remote hourly position working approximately 17 hours/week.

Responsibilities Include:

Support continuing student populations by responding to questions, elevating concerns, problem solving with SSAs, Registrar, and Interim Director of Student Services

Take the lead on transitioning paper forms to Jotforms

Complete transactions in our student information system including student registration, immunizations, check lists, and student requirements pages.

Document and review current systems and processes and build step-by-step instruction guides for students, faculty, staff.

Support the Interim Director by generating verification letters for certification, verifying student enrollment, support with special projects

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Salary: 15 Maximum Salary: 16 Salary Unit: Hourly
