About the Role:

The Global Commercial Analytics team is looking for a Strategic Operations Manager who will help set our sales strategy in motion by building creative solutions to our most complex problems. You will work closely with our Leadership Team, and drive alignment across our multiple segments.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze Data - Strong leverage of SQL and internal tools to Identify trends and build meaningful recommendations across new verticals

• Build Reports - To help our team make better, faster decisions and identify opportunities.

• Generate Insights - Based on the analysis, research, customer needs, feedback, and comments from teams

• Observe and Reflect - As a critical problem solver, observe and understand current operations, processes, and trends. Ask the right questions, and call out the risks and opportunities to grow the business across Connect and Teens

• Lead Projects - Lead & execute meaningful projects that drive the business forward.

• Work Cross-Functionally - across Commercial Teams, Finance and Operations

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, operations, sales operations, management consulting or investment banking

• Experience in working with large datasets, analyzing and synthesizing insights from extensive data

• Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency

• Bachelor's degree, preferrably within Computer Science, Analytics, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce proficiency or exposure to similar CRM

• Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or equivalent roles is a plus.

• Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership

• Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
