Role Purpose

The Senior Analyst of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will report to the VP of DEI on the NBCUniversal Corporate DEI team. This position has an emphasis on analytics and metrics across workforce, programming, and philanthropy-focused initiatives across the enterprise at NBCUniversal.

Job Duties

  • Manage and analyze large datasets covering workforce, content, and philanthropic donations making use of pivot tables and advanced excel formulas. This includes data collection, scrubbing, validation and synthesis.

  • Utilize various database systems, including PowerBI, Tableau, and SAP, to design, automate, and maintain dashboard reporting for various populations.

  • Develop narrative-driven presentations and data visualizations to deliver insights regarding key metrics, relevant comparisons, trends, and drivers.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Comcast and NBCUniversal to collect, analyze, and submit data utilized for companywide reporting, ensuring consistency and standardization.

  • Organize data, conduct analysis, and complete submissions for external industry surveys such as the Fair360 Top 50 Companies for Workplace Fairness Survey.

  • Provide support for ad hoc reporting related to the company's DE&I programs and initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 4+ years of experience working as part of an analytical project team, with defined and time-sensitive deliverables

  • 4+ years of experience in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and Word

  • Strong proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Desired Characteristics

  • Ability to perform under time constraints and meet strict deadlines

  • Experience analyzing and distilling large sets of data in Excel and presenting findings both verbally and in writing

  • Advanced problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information

  • Self-starter, resourceful, and independent worker, able to manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Knowledge of SAP,  Power BI, and SQL a plus

Additional Requirements

  • Finalists must be willing to complete a skills-based assessment as part of the interview process.

  • Must be willing to work in New York, NY

  • Must be willing to travel for work-related business as necessary

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
