TITLE: Specialist - IT Product ManagementEMPLOYER: Marsh USA LLCLOCATION: New York, NY (Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the work site)DUTIES: Engage with clients, insurance carriers, insurtechs, and industry-leading third-party technology partners to co-innovate and design compelling solutions that tap into our rich digital, data, and analytics capabilities. Use Bluestream to deliver acquisition and self-service experiences to Marsh clients. Conduct qualitative customer research, marketplace research, and data analysis to continuously inform new feature prioritization and ongoing enhancements. Leverage user research and data-driven design to build digital customer experience and analytics products. Write user stories for the Digital Design and MMC Engineering teams. Create and implement best-in-class digital insurance experiences and advance the scalability and extensibility of the Bluestream platform. Play a key role in advancing the development of our insurance product offerings. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partner Management, Marketing, and other teams to further enhance the Bluestream platform for U.S. and International-based operations. Drive the vision and product strategy for Bluestream, the organization’s cloud-based digital insurance distribution platform, aimed at redefining the insurance experience for small businesses and consumers. EOEREQTS: Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or a related position. Must have three (3) years of experience with: Working with high-profile client accounts to generate revenue for a business; Analyzing production and customer data to inform client strategies; Developing customer-facing experience; Content leveraging of APIs, Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Hive, Sharepoint, or SQL; Working in a technology, insurance, or marketing role at a company that is in a highly-matrixed and regulated industry (financial services or insurance); Interfacing directly with insurance carriers and underwriters; Managing stakeholders and communicating technical and industry-specific jargon to non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders; and Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Partner Management, Sales, or Marketing.
