YSEOP, Inc. Solution Engineer, NLP in New York, New York
Provide technical expertise to the sales team in selling YSEOP’s Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) software solutions to prospects and existing customers. Support the sales team building business cases by providing proactive guidance to prospects on how to maximize business impact of the software. Analyze and identify business user needs and requirements for YSEOP’s Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) software. Determine feasibility of YSEOP Natural Language Generation (NLG) applications for specific customers. Understand the customer needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications involving linguistic frameworks such as Grammar Formalism and Abstract Categorial Grammar. Perform clinical client data analysis, mapping, and transformation into YSEOP’s data model and format and configure YSEOP solution to generate accurate clinical analysis. Perform fine-tuning of the AI model through prompt engineering on specific automation packs for life sciences documents. Act as customer technical thought partner in conceptualizing and building novel applications on our API. Help design the data pipeline with the prospect’s RTF/SAS, and further integration with Structure Content Authority tools such as InteliNotion and Veeva. As "Voice of the Customer" and conduit between clients and the YSEOP product development team gather and distill customer feedback and influence product enhancements and innovations. Prepare Technical proposals, Statements of Work documents (SOWs) and project estimates. Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for customer engagements and potential customers.
