Facilitate the deployment, operations, and support of software systems managing private financial data on public cloud platforms. Contribute to program development in the maintenance of several high-level programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Translate broad software requirements into technical specifications and later into functional code and components. Coordinate cross-functionally on projects with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Site Reliability Engineering, and Information Security team members across the company. Document architectural decisions and develop software best practices, component dependencies, and system maintenance instructions. Research and make determinations regarding software component reuse, buy, or build for specific company subsystems. Conduct peer review with other software developers on both design documents and source code artifacts.SKILLS REQUIRED:•2 years of experience building applications using Python, Flask, and Django.•2 years of experience with UI/UX design, using JavaScript to design applications used at scale.•2 years of experience utilizing cloud infrastructure technologies, such as Kubernetes, Terraform, or ArgoCD.•2 years of experience with Source Control technologies, including Git.•2 years of experience developing software with Linux Operating System.•Telecommuting from anywhere in the United States is allowed.RATE OF PAY: $127,000 to $190,000 per yearCONTACT: Please send resume to Addepar, Inc. at careers2@addepar.com.
