Description We are offering an opportunity for a Software Engineer to join our team in New York, New York. This role focuses on collaborating with key stakeholders to define project scope, leading a small team of software engineers, and managing project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Software Engineer will be involved in the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable solutions using various technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define the project scope.

• Lead a small team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality software.

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable solutions using Node.js, React, PostGreSQL, Apollo GraphQL, AWS, and Docker.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Continuously evaluate and improve the development process, tools, and technologies used by the team.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define the project scope.

• Lead a small team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer

• Proficiency in Database Management is required

• Must be skilled in API Development

• Proficiency in CSS is essential

• Must have experience working with React

• Proficiency in Node.js is necessary

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is required

• Familiarity with Docker is essential

• Must have experience working with MySQL PostgreSQL

• Must have excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary

• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
