Robert Half Social Media Analyst in New York, New York

Description We are in search of a Social Media Analyst to join our team located in New York. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid social media campaigns, creating performance reports, and overseeing our social media channels. You will also be responsible for creating content for our blog and social media sites, as well as assisting in training consultants on social media strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and track paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic and increase sales

• Create monthly performance reports for review with the marketing team

• Participate in weekly discussions with marketing managers to discuss social media initiatives, optimization, and reporting

• Generate engaging content for our blog and social media sites

• Monitor day-to-day social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to promote our communities and respond to customers

• Assist in training sales consultants on social media strategies, which may include travel

• Use tools such as Canva, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Instagram Analytics for campaign planning, design, and to increase brand awareness

• Regularly update blogging and Facebook Ad skills to stay current with social media trends Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Social Media Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing social media content

• Experience with Facebook Insights and Instagram Analytics for monitoring social media trends and user engagement

• Familiarity with Google Analytics for analyzing website traffic and user behavior

• Proficiency in using Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts across different platforms

• Experience in blogging and creating engaging content for various social media platforms

• Understanding of brand awareness and how to increase it through social media

• Experience in campaign planning and execution on social media platforms

• Basic design skills for creating visually appealing social media content

• Experience with Facebook Ad for creating ads and targeting specific audience groups Innovation starts with people.®
