How you'll make an impact:

As part of the Revenue Partnerships Enablement team you will manage the post-sale execution of integrated sales opportunities that encompass some of our most complex custom podcast programs with our content creators. In this role you will collaborate with internal and external podcast leads to manage and ensure successful high level custom campaign launches, with an emphasis on delivering superior world-class service on behalf of our advertising partners and content creators. This is a highly cross-functional role and offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our rapidly growing podcast business. What you'll do:

  • Oversee the successful completion of complex custom podcast campaigns
  • Partner with Pre-Sale teams as well as Revenue Partnership leads on all facets of post-sale with a focus on prioritizing, monitoring and assessing podcast campaigns to completion
  • Diagnose campaign issues and advise/establish plan of action, track implementation and identify potential areas of process optimization as part of post-sale project management
  • Maintaining a positive solution focused approach suitable for both external and internal partners
  • Gather and refine marketplace feedback acting as the voice of Brand advertisers, while engaging podcast content creators while also offering continuous guidance by sharing insights, identifying challenges, and proposing effective solutions
  • Intimately understand podcast partner needs and how they surface in revenue while also understanding client campaign initiatives by working closely with Brand Partnerships and pre-sale teams
  • Serve as central liaison between RPE and broader sales org by building strong relationships across all teams including: Branded Entertainment, Ad Product Marketing, Revenue Partnerships, Client Services, Legal, Research and Events team
  • Provide insight to the teams responsible for recapping the sponsorships/creative integrations (i.e. Revenue Partnership Leads, Account Managers, Content Partnerships, Brand Partnerships and Sales Dev/Client Services)
  • Identify improvements while also providing strategic and tactical input
  • Create deliverable charts/timelines for each custom campaign to ensure all elements are properly memorialized and delivered as promised upon as reflected in deal points
  • Continually assess and report on the campaign delivery and flagging to internal/external teams when issues arise, while also providing feasible solutions
  • Assist in development of benchmarks for determining campaign success
  • Work closely with Sr. Director, Revenue Partnership Leads, Post-Sale, and Pre-Sale team by providing support and guidance on best practices to ensure there are no roadblocks to campaign execution
  • In partnership with Brand Partnerships, you'll provide an ongoing weekly status on live ad campaigns to Revenue Partnerships and relevant cross functional teams including Client Services, Sales and Sales Development
  • Must have a deep understanding of the inner workings of each partner/client, deal terms, their ability to deliver on what we sell and their total monetizable assets
  • Manage a detailed and highly skilled post sale process

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a digital, and/or audio first organization. Agency, Brand, and/or Publisher experience preferred.
  • Experienced in project management and post-sale campaign execution, sales marketing knowledge a plus
  • Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven to excel in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to have difficult conversations while level-setting on expectations
  • A dynamic storyteller who can influence high-level decision makers and possesses the ability to predict, prepare and synthesize real-time objections
  • A marketer who is able to apply both critical and strategic thinking to projects
  • A problem solver with highly developed conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal partners
  • Organized & detail-oriented with ability to thrive in nuances/ambiguity
  • Able to work well under pressure and adapt in the face of ever-changing projects
  • Passionate about the podcast space and the evolution of creative brand integrations that delight creators and listeners alike
  • Expert proficiency in MS-Office, Monday.com, Google Suite, and JIRA
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $82,000 to $100,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
