Review requirements and specifications and define test conditions. Design test cases and test scripts, map back to pre-determined criteria, and record and report outcomes. Provide estimates associated with testing activities and tasks. Prepare test strategies, develop test plans and detailed test cases, write test scripts by decomposing business requirements, and develop test scenarios to support quality deliverables. Perform back-end (database) testing using complex SQL queries in Oracle, create regression suites using Python automation framework, and complete regression and integration testing. Work with the team/users to define workflow details and the application programming interfaces (APIs) present to build automated scripts. Analyze test results and log defects in JIRA. Partner with project team members on the resolution and re-testing of identified issues and defects. Analyze and report test activities and results. Document, maintain, track, and report test status using tools such as ALM, JIRA, and qTest. Work with ETL processes and data warehouse testing; ORACLE database technologies; writing complex ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data validation and backend data warehouse testing; BI testing using Qlikview and Cognos; analyzing source systems, staging areas, and fact and dimension tables in Target D/W; automated testing using Python Framework (Datacompare), Pandas, and Selenium automation; Postman, SOAPUI, and GraphQL; test automation of APIs; data validation; defect tracking and quality assurance tools, including ALM, JIRA, and qTest; and, QA processes and deliverables in Agile/SCRUM environments.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with ETL processes and data warehouse testing; ORACLE database technologies; writing complex ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data validation and backend data warehouse testing; BI testing using Qlikview and Cognos; analyzing source systems, staging areas, and fact and dimension tables in Target D/W; automated testing using Python Framework (Datacompare), Pandas, and Selenium automation; Postman, SOAPUI, and GraphQL; test automation of APIs; data validation; defect tracking and quality assurance tools, including ALM, JIRA, and qTest; and, QA processes and deliverables in Agile/SCRUM environments.
