Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)PMP certification or equivalent project management certificationMinimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industryProven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completionStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
