Responsibilities

  • Support development of Global Product Compliance strategy and program and lead execution of global product compliance initiatives, where relevant.

  • Lead and implement the Product Escalation Management process for NA region, and support other escalations, as required.

  • Support with regulatory tracking/monitoring; facilitating PVH global alignment for decision making; and implementation of global regulatory requirements, as relates to labelling and packaging (consumer facing), for apparel, footwear, and accessories.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sourcing, tech, and quality assurance, to integrate compliance measures into the product lifecycle.

  • Chip in to impact assessments and evaluate potential impacts of new regulations on product portfolio.

  • Lead PVH RSL Management: Partner with CR, Product Integrity, Testing, Raw Materials, Packaging and Legal to deliver and drive implementation of an industry leading Global PVH RSL program.

  • Lead the annual update of the PVH Restricted Substance List, and integration into existing ways of working.

  • Drive the development and implementation of PVH policies as relates to global chemical requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to product compliance, facilitating audits and inspections as needed, for assigned topics.

  • Support the development and implementation of internal and external training to enhance awareness of compliance requirements for assigned topics.

  • Implement the update process for PVH Global Nominated Label Suppliers.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to brands, functions, and regions to ensure regulatory product compliance.

  • Stay up to date on evolving industry standards and legal requirements related to product compliance topics by collaborating closely with external regulatory agencies, consultants and/or third-party testing laboratories to ensure alignment with industry standards, as required.

  • Responsible for delivering global customer and government requests, as relates to product compliance, for assigned topics.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum level of education: University/Engineering degree (in Chemistry or related subject area would be desirable).

  • A minimum of 5 years’ working experience, preferably in the Apparel or Textiles industry, in an international organization.

  • Reasonable knowledge of apparel and/or hardlines regulatory requirements standards considered an advantage.

  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, global working environment and optimally navigate a multi-functional, matrix organization.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong written/oral skills: English.

  • Willingness to travel

Pay Range:$77,800 - $85,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
