Boston Consulting Group Senior Growth Architect - Multiple Positions in New York, New York

Senior Growth Architect (The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. - New York, NY) - Analyze clients’ marketing mix and budget allocation, identify digital media opportunities, and develop multi-channel, analytics-based growth strategies for digital businesses. Specific duties include: formulate multi-channel growth strategies based on product needs; define, execute, analyze and optimize sophisticated multi-variant tests with quantitative significance to inform growth strategies; serve as the authority to determine the optimal strategy to identify unit economics and go-to-market (GTM) strategy; evaluate marketing and advertising technology stacks that support marketing, and design marketing operating models and processes; collaborate with Growth leadership and drive development of growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal and external use; convert insights into action, seeing customer acquisition process from ideation to execution; define and validate core KPIs and unit economics, including cost per metrics (CAC), retention, ROI, and LTV to drive the business; use tools including Excel, Google Analytics, Mix Panel, and AppsFlyer to build on BCG’s differentiation by building unique capabilities around media, technology, customer journey, and Growth operating models. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as a Business or Market Research Analyst, or related occupation responsible for evaluating marketing strategies and planning, executing, and optimizing analytics-based digital marketing campaigns. In lieu of Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience as previously noted, BCG will accept a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Business or Market Research Analyst, or related occupation responsible for evaluating marketing strategies and planning, executing, and optimizing analytics-based digital marketing campaigns. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement is not applicable to section) - must possess the following: working with paid media tools, including paid social (Facebook Business/Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads), paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360), display (Display Video 360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo), affiliate (CJ, Rakuten), and marketplace (Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads), influencer, linear/connected TV, and out-of-home advertising (OOH) to perform strategy and analytics; developing growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, bring products to market, and scale digital products and services, focusing on B2C or B2B digital products and services; performing marketing activities and Agile A/B testing using SEO, SEM, DSPs, social, paid media, community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, mobile native and web, and/or programmatic display; performing research on industry trends and analysis on competitor insights including Mintel, Kantar, Pathmatics, SEMRush, and/or SimilarWeb; analyzing and visualizing datasets to draw business insights using advanced Excel, Tableau, R, SQL, Google Analytics, and/or Google Data Studio; drawing business insights from statistical measurement models and tools including marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing (match market tests); and managing client relationships, and presenting to internal and external senior stakeholders in Quarterly Business Review Meetings (QBRs). Partial telecommute benefit available. Must report to and reside within commutable distance of the listed BCG office. Domestic/international travel required (up to 50%) based on client/company need.
