Job Description Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join C&W's dynamic New York City marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting print and digital marketing deliverables for the NYC Retail Brokerage teams. This role involves working on diverse projects for both business development and property marketing.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Senior Graphic Designer executes the strategic vision of special projects, pitches/presentations, advertising, property marketing, thought leadership and team marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, marketing leadership, and broader service delivery teams
  • Responsible for supporting internal communications as requested by marketing and business leadership
  • Responsible for supporting visual marketing and service line needs by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines.
  • Design and format marketing materials including team brochures, proposals, presentations, e-blasts, postcards, thought leadership, infographics, pop-up banners, special projects deliverables and event invitations
  • Provide creative support for business development pursuits, both proposals and presentations
  • Develop and oversee all creative aspects of production and quality control, reporting progress to local markets Marketing team
  • Coordinating production of materials, including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers; preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors; and liaising with Marketing Coordinators and Marketing leadership as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience, CRE industry is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. As well with MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint.
  • Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department.
  • Experience in professional services graphic design.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment.
  • A creative, organized, and highly motivated individual who brings strong design aesthetic and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial sales environment.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $74,375.00 - $87,500.00
