Summary

The Senior Finance Analyst will work on forecasting, annual planning and variance analysis related to our La Colombe and Chobani businesses. Additionally, they will support long term strategic planning as well as projects that drive and support the growth of La Colombe and Chobani. Our Finance Analysts produce and deliver meaningful, accurate, actionable, and timely analysis to all levels of leadership throughout the organization. They will act as a liaison between the business and finance teams, providing support and analysis of financial results and forecasts, business initiatives, and ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close process and reporting for our business; including preparation analysis of monthly financial results through trends and deviation analysis, as well as key metric reporting.
• Provide data aggregation and analysis of large sets of data to understand drivers of business performance. Based on analysis, need to be able to pull the story of performance drivers.
• Drive process change to simplify and automate regular processes/reporting within the Finance team and provide other teams with easy access to performance information and analysis.
• Support monthly forecast process through analysis of actual results and collaboration with business leaders
• Support the development and maintenance of financial planning and budgeting processes by analyzing and interpreting operating results and trend requirements
o Support our annual operating plan algorithm development
o Update our long-term financial model and support long-term business planning & strategy
• Expedite timely and accurate preparation of various financial reports by analyzing results, ensuring accuracy, and preparing results for senior management with specified recommendations
• Performs other duties, as required, including ad-hoc requests, analysis and preparing presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preference for Economics, Business, Finance or Accounting
• 2-4 years of finance data analysis with financial modeling experience required
• Experience building forecasts and annual operating plans
• Advanced MS Excel and modeling skills are a must; SAP and Sage ERP experience a plus; Tableau/PowerBI experience is a plus
• Knowledge of financial concepts and highly analytical mindset
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and experience presenting quantitative analysis using MS PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail while managing competing priorities and tight timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Must display a passion for the La Colombe and Chobani brand
• Must possess a strong work ethic, and be an enthusiastic team player

Compensation Range: $78,400.00 - $117,600.00, plus bonus.
