Senior Configuration Analyst needed by WarnerMedia Services, LLC in New York, NY [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to conduct functional and technical impact analysis for new and existing application capabilities built on Adaptive and SAP platforms. Conduct requirements/design sessions and propose technical and functional solutions to business requests. Assist developers and solution architects to integrate business requirements into designs. Create documentation: enhancement specifications, budget estimates, user testing scripts and training guides. Conduct user sessions to demo technical solutions, conduct testing, training and trouble shoot errors. Maintain client relationships by managing all aspects of business needs from a technology perspective. Serve as the single point of contact for clients to manage day-to-day application support to project oversight. Work with internal and external providers as it relates to the application support for Workforce Planning solution for corporate (built on Adaptive platform), Financial Planning applications for Consumer Products (built on SAP platform), and Financial Planning and Analysis application for Warner Bros. International TV Distribution Inc. (WBITDI) (built on Longview platform). Prioritize change requests associated with application portfolio and work with service providers to complete operational issues or enhancement requests. Develop deployment and post stabilization business plans and perform review of the business process after implementation to ensure it is operating as designed.
