ORCHESTRADE, INC. Senior Business Analyst in New York, New York
TITLE:Senior Business AnalystCOMPANY:ORCHESTRADE, INC.DUTIES: Conduct meetings with clients to interpret their business requirements and the urgency of their issues and respond to clients in a timely manner. Assist existing clients to implement their software working with client business and technical team. For client enhancements, work with clients to understand their business requirement, determine the appropriate number of scenarios in unfuddle ticket. Analyze client requirements by understanding the client's scenario and integrate into Orchestrade's capabilities; communicate findings with developers to provide functional aspects of changes or enhancements. Investigate issues raised by clients and reproduce or make first analysis before providing the information to developers with functional aspects of changes or enhancements (requirements). Plan, communicate with developers and Release management team and hold meetings to follow up and implement the orchestrade solution; assist the clients with implementing the orchestrade solution working with both internal and client project managers. Provide test cases that cover the client's scenario, regression testing, and other future scenarios that any other client may come across; provide validation and revalidation reports that are easily reproducible by any other team members. Identify the root cause of client issues, which may include debugging, to prepare complete unfuddle ticket. Analyze new market updates, the impact on the software and how to integrate in the system. Design, develop business cases and deliver specifications for dev team to adopt it. Help plan and prioritize the product pipeline according to Clients requirement, market considerations and company strategy. Improve existing products, process, and client experience with the system: In order to improve Client experience, work closely with various of them in order to gather feedback. Prepare internal comments, templates and/or documents for collaboration and sharing with the team. Lead formal training to clients, consultants, and integration partners. Always maintain a good understanding of ORCHESTRADE process, environment, new products, structuring requirement, Release calendars, tools and help to inform stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS:Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field and 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst. Must have 5 years of experience with the following: ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams, development, infrastructure, technology, Release management, sales, implementation, QA and support teams, on the integration of the new features; ability to understand technical specifications and discuss with technical teams; ability to understand technical products and explain them to stakeholders; experience managing multiple projects and ability to adjust tasks to align business and product priorities problem solving abilities to analyze, provide and deliver use cases; ability to analyze, resolve issues and address escalation when necessary; an understanding of the business process, software testing and release lifecycle. Must have 3 years of experience with the following: advanced knowledge in market data management, pricing and risk methodologies, middle and back-office processes, reporting and electronic trading interfaces; advanced knowledge in Front office, Middle office, and Back office; expertise in cross Asset financial products: Financing, FX, rates, Listed product; experience working within technology (trading systems) in the capital market; and understanding the software development lifecycle to drive the progress across all development areas.
