We are looking for a Senior Analyst, MR Program Governance who will support and lead various aspects of MR Program Policy, Governance, and Terms and Conditions management, It is an exciting time to join the team with significant opportunity for impact as we’re modernizing the program infrastructure.

Success will require a strong customer first mindset, an ability to support technical workstreams, project manage varying topics and effectively building relationships with core partner including, Product, Servicing, Tech, General Counsel’s Office, Operational Risk, Compliance, and others

Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding on Membership Rewards platforms, policies, processes, and capabilities across all MR products

  • Support planning and execution of Cardmember advanced notices and updates to the MR terms and conditions

  • Support and drive various initiatives within the MR Governance Process, ensuring proper approvals, alignments and tracking for smooth implementation

  • Support regulatory change management activities and implementation of select capabilities and redemption experiences in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Digital, Enterprise Platforms, Legal, Compliance, Servicing, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance

  • Support or lead hoc support of Loyalty Program priorities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude with a proactive mindset

  • Demonstrated success with project management

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decisions

  • Calm under pressure and flexible amidst change

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
