Google Regional Product Lead, Automation, Product and Solutions Activation in New York, New York

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience working in Digital Ads, Marketing, Advertising, Management Consulting, Strategy, or related fields.

  • 2 years of experience in managing Digital Marketing campaigns with online measurement and operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing stakeholders to devise and scale a strategy.

  • Experience with influencing C-level executives, managers and promoters both internally and externally.

  • Experience in Broad Match or Performance Max.

  • Understanding of the Lead Generation industry.

  • Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) promoters, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers’ needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Partner with GCS Sales teams, Google advertisers, and ad agencies to increase business growth and adoption of Broad Match and Performance Max solutions.

  • Work with team leads to ensure effective narratives are developed. Leverage those resources to equip promoters with product knowledge and expertise.

  • Collate information regarding common objections, successful strategies, product knowledge gaps, etc., and lead product training.

  • Share customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads in order to ensure the product roadmap reflects the needs of GCS promoters and customers.

  • Monitor and report on key drivers/metrics. Facilitate and run internal and external trainings. Introduce/pitch priority products to strategic customers.
