Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 +bonus

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the NY based RDO will be an experienced inspirational People Leader with strategic and operational abilities, outstanding communication skills, and the proficiency to work at the highest levels of an organization while relating well to the general workforce. The savvy business leader will be the relationship link for Restaurant Associates, our premier client and team members. You'll lead the business strategy, and be responsible for organizing, collaborating, and influencing with cross function teams of professionals who believe in creating innovative solutions to problems.

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate and Lead R/A’s culture of C.A.R.E.

  • Plan and advise business portfolio that achieves Key Performance Indicators

  • Partner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles

  • Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and new market solutions

  • Direct and lead a team of account managers

  • Coordinate financial objective & analysis, and supervise for profitability and losses.

What you will do:

  • Successfully build relationships at all levels of the team, client, customer and RA/Compass organizations.

  • Identify client's needs, communicates account progress and new Company programs to client.

  • Conduct and/or monitors customer, client and associate satisfaction surveys.

  • Develop and monitor realistic and accurate budget and forecasts.

  • Ensure that the business is meeting financial performance and client forecasts; optimizes operational efficiency.

  • Promote the policies, practices and objectives established by the company are accurately and informally interpreted throughout the division as well as compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations.

  • Support recruitment and training efforts; Develops and coaches management associates to meet staffing needs and talent management programs, as well as to ensure optimum utilization of region associates, while reducing turnover while not sacrificing quality.

  • Partner with labor Relations and supports coordination of union contract negotiations; stays current and abides by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

  • Complete all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policies and procedures on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlines.

  • Project and practice consistent ownership attributes, which provide a high level of customer service at all points of contact.

Education and Experience:

B.S. Degree, Master degree preferred

10+ years of progressive food service management experience,

5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service
