Kuehne+Nagel QuickSTAT Healthcare Customer Care Manager in New York, New York

Are you thinking about advancing your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at QuickSTAT, our Jamaica/Queens/New York is looking for a new Healthcare Customer Care Manager to join our Air Logistics team.

Your Role

You will manage and monitor key account customers, ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. Your responsibility is to consistently satisfy the needs of QuickSTAT customers and promote excellence in customer service throughout the organization. Collaborate with Operations and Sales Management to maximize client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll work with JFK Management on the JIR (Job Incident Report) and assist with investigation timelines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensureclient satisfaction, Monitor and manage the overall daily operation duringassigned shift. Offeringassistance/guidance to all that need it.Correct and alert potential or actual problems to the Director of CustomerService. Manage internal departments asassigned

  • Specialist (Biopharma) courieroperations

  • Excellent broad understanding ofcourier operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport

  • Specific knowledge of ClinicalTrial Logistics to include:

  • Temperature controlled shipping andpacking

  • Clinical trial courier operationsand client set up

  • Broad understanding of regulatoryrequirements specific to Clinical Trial Logistics

  • Contribute, develop & implementnew procedures and policies that increase efficiencies and achieve a highstandard of performance from the staff

  • Assess staffing needs daily toensure all work is being captioned on all QIC systems

  • To undertake any other reasonable duties/responsibilities at the request of the Senior Management.

  • Ensure compliance withcompany policies and procedures

  • Report to National Air Logistics Healthcare Manager

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of customer service experience in

  • 5+ years of management experience healthcare/biopharma logistics

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
