Position Summary

MAGNA Media Trials is a unit within Mediabrands that is focused on research address high-visibility issues in the advertising industry. The Media Trials team follows the scientific method to craft rigorous experiments that explore new and emerging products, techniques, strategies, and ideas. If the software or hardware technology we need to conduct an experiment doesn't exist, we build it. We employ advanced analytics to understand our data and tell compelling stories that are published for the benefit of our clients and the industry at large. Peruse our published work at .

As a Project Manager on the team, you will plan and execute custom research projects from beginning to end. Projects will include building timelines, managing clients, partnering closely with the engineering team, and turning data into impactful insights through storytelling. In the end, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure our research is visible both internally and across the industry (and beyond).

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and have responsibility for execution according to timelines you help create.
  • Have ultimate authority of all information and documentation for your projects.
  • Contribute to the development and design of thought leadership research projects.
  • Develop and program custom consumer surveys.
  • Handle recruitment needs for a variety of project needs (e.g., online panel, in-person lab).
  • Build analysis plans for each project that address all hypotheses.
  • Clean and weight data as needed.
  • Develop consumer insights based on the analysis of the data you collect.
  • Use data to develop clear and meaningful stories with actionable insights.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years research experience, including proven history of managing projects end-to-end.
  • Strong experimental science background.
  • Strong analytical thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with both technical teams and clients.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain high level professional relationships with senior level clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Able to rapidly adapt to changes and tight deadlines.
  • Extremely meticulous with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Solid collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a passion for emerging technology.

Salary Range
$90,000-$95,000 USD
