THE OPPORTUNITY The Program Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency within the organization. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, establishing governance frameworks, and using data to guide decision-making. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, lead change, and support strategic planning. This position requires a strong analytical approach, project management skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Drive Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and optimize efficient processes to increase program efficiency and impact.
* Establish Governance: Create and maintain a governance framework to ensure alignment and accountability.
* Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform process optimization.
* Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
* Strategic Planning: Guide the development and execution of program strategies.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals.
* Performance Measurement: Track and report on key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to program success.
* Best Practices: Identify, document, and share guidelines & recommendations.
* Communication: Effectively communicate program updates, progress, and results.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

* Strategic Thinking: Understanding of business operations and the ability to align process improvements with organizational goals.
* Process Improvement Expertise: Validated ability to identify, analyze, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Continuous Improvement Mentality: Demonstrated passion for driving process improvements and operational excellence.
* Change Management Skill: Demonstrated experience leading and supporting organizational change initiatives.
* Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems, and analyze data to inform solutions.
* Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure performance and inform decision-making.
* Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet timelines.
* Stakeholder Management Abilities: Proven success in building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse partners.
* Initiative: Confirmed ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
* Leadership: Proven ability to influence and lead others towards shared objectives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $108,600 -- $195,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
