Summary:

The Meta Recruiting Programs and Partnerships team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent from varied backgrounds.We are committed to designing and executing best-in-class Internal Mobility programs. Our team works closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify talent needs and develop targeted strategies with global reach. By leveraging data-driven insights we continuously refine our programs to ensure they are aligned with the evolving needs of the business and the ever-changing landscape of the tech industry.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Internal Talent Recruiting Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with global program manager group and recruiting to build a scalable model that supports internal movement

  2. Partner with internal teams to develop, scale, and refine tools to support the global program, ensuring data integrity while increasing efficiency and team productivity

  3. Leverage data to track performance indicators, identify trends, and align projects and programs with company priorities

  4. Communicate goals, successes, and best practices with the broader team and key partners

  5. Participate in global projects to improve the overall program and drive enterprise long-range global projects to improve the program globally

  6. Use in-depth subject-matter knowledge to represent Internal Talent Recruiting across the company

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience managing large project workstreams from planning to execution

  2. Experience working cross-functionally

  3. Experience communicating across all levels of an organization

  4. Experience working with broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including management of multiple concurrent projects

  5. Experience proactively identifying, scoping and implementing novel solutions with a data-driven approach to solving problems

  6. Experience synthesizing data and making recommendations

  7. Experience using organizational skills with great attention to detail and thorough follow-up, a proven record of success in developing processes and resources that achieve team effectiveness

  8. Experience navigating ambiguity

Public Compensation:

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
