Within Consumer and Community Banking, the Digital IT team is responsible for setting and executing strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation across Chase Online and Mobile, helping to establish the best Digital banking customer experience in the industry.

The Senior Business Analyst/Program Manager for Digital Services bridges the gap between technology, design and product management. In this role, you will work with work stream leads to identify and define requirements for new and existing application performance metrics. You will also work closely with the performance and user experience team to relay requirements for the creation of new features in the internal user experience measurement products.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works with the business and with other analysts to describe existing business processes

  • Analyses business requirements and documenting the requirements in a way that is unambiguous and clear

  • Works with development teams to come up with designs that meet these requirements

  • Works with development teams to come up with designs that meet these requirements

  • Coaches and mentors less experienced business analysts

  • May manage the backlog for an Agile development team on behalf

  • Project task estimation

  • Resource management scheduling

  • Risk and issue management

  • May include direct accountability for people management and financial budgeting

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

  • Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes

  • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management

  • 10+ years of combined experience in project management, business analysis, software development or information technology

  • Experience creating senior management level metrics

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Standards Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups with strong team management, leadership and coaching skills
