Production Coordinator - Calvin Klein

POSITION SUMMARY:

Work with Producers, on planning/execution of all Advertising campaigns. Assisting in execution of all in-store, packaging, PR, social, digital and video shoots. Financial responsibilities include generating estimates, purchase orders and job closings. Support the Integrated producers by booking photo shoot related needs and maintaining an organized hold sheet for each project.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Involved in all phases of pre-production and production such as:

  • Production – i.e., working with photographer’s agents/producer, hiring crew, location scouting and organize all aspects of a shoot within approved budget developed by and with Director. Including opening job numbers, booking studios, catering, car services, coordinate with facilities to obtain and set up look spaces for looks and shoots. Review portfolios of Photographers, Stylists, Hair and Make-up. Negotiate/manage relationships with outside Creative Directors, Photographer Agent, Studio and other shoot related vendors.

  • On set photo and video shoot support

  • Work closely with the Fashion Office, Creatives and Casting Coordinator to secure dates, locations, product, styling of looks and talent for shoots.

  • Administrative duties – i.e., scheduling meetings in relation to photo shoots, creative and designers, copying, filing and keeping all projects organized accordingly. Maintaining and archiving job folders for all shoots.

  • Budget Responsibilities - assist with proper management/processing of financial data and records in the production department, including estimates, invoices, purchase orders, etc. work closely with the finance and operations teams on budget forecasting, reporting, and monthly accounts close

  • Vendor follow up for all deal memos/contracts, invoices and/or production related paperwork needed to wrap projects.

  • Generate and distribute call sheets for all shoot days.

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

Internal: Finance Program Production, Marketing Group, Creative, Integrated Production, Fashion Office, Channel Management, PR, VM and Legal.

External: Creative agencies, photographer, stylists, hair and makeup agents, caterers, production companies and studios.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES : Includes managing shoot budgets, from pre-shoot to final actuals. Budgets range anywhere from $1,000.00 - $1,000,000.00.

DECISION MAKING : Diagnose potential challenges and propose solutions to ensure optimal execution and budget adherence.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY : Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. Detail oriented is necessary to produce all projects. Ability to be flexible and solution oriented with a positive demeanor toward teamwork. Work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changes, requests and deadlines!

ENVIRONMENT: Open team environment. Ability to work offsite, travel, long hours and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 2 + year of experience in advertising and production

Education: College degree in creative field preferred

Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office skills with and Expert level of excel, Adobe Suite

Pay Range:$65,400 - $85,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
