Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Production Artist in New York. As a Production Artist, you will work closely with Creatives and Art Directors, ensuring that graphic materials are ready for production and delivered on time. You will play a crucial role in reviewing final copies, preparing graphic materials and ensuring designs are ready for various social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Creatives and Art Directors to review and finalize copies.

• Prepare graphic materials for production, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.

• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and ready for various social platforms.

• Work closely with Project Managers to facilitate the workflow.

• Handle proofreading comments and conduct necessary revisions.

• Resize designs as required to fit various formats and platforms.

• Utilize Figma design and Adobe Creative suites, including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop to create and refine designs.

• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs meet the highest standards.

• Contribute to the production process for a Pharma brand’s digital and social platforms.

• Assist in maintaining brand awareness through the creation of visually appealing designs. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign

• Demonstrated skills in using Figma

• Experience in designing and creating advertisements and brochures

• Ability to create and modify artwork in line with brand awareness strategies

• Familiarity with design controls and their application in a production environment

• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

• Creative problem-solving abilities
