Citizens Private Wealth Transition Operations Specialist (East Coast) in New York, New York
Description
The Transition Operations Specialists supports the Transition Manager in executing the process of onboarding Private Wealth managers (both individuals and teams). The individual manages the detailed end to end transition of the new colleagues and their books of business, operating with both speed and attention to detail. The operations specialist understands the overall process, as well as the individual steps, and can problem solve to address unique needs of a particular team
Collaborates with Transition Manager to define plan to onboard experienced Wealth Manager teams
Coordinates with key stakeholders on status of all prospects / candidates
Contact candidates to collect documentation
Provides advice and best practices to ensure a repeatable and seamless transition process
Works to organize technology, systems, and tools prior to day one onboarding
Acts as a resource on firm policies and procedures
Shepherds the end to end onboarding process for newly hired wealth managers and their clients
Qualifications
Series 7 and 66 (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of Financial Industry experience
Knowledge of federal (FINRA) and state (Insurance) requirements preferred
Solid organizational and client service skills (customer facing)
Strong communication and presentation experience
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $35.10 - $43.50 per hour. Overtime and some travel is required. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
