As our Principal Product Manager for Mailchimp Growth, you'll help lead the development of intelligent, integrated multi channel solutions that drive retention of new customer conversions. These solutions are designed to solve the cold-start problem and help on-board new customers. By optimizing the end-to-end experience of new customers, you’ll help drive deeper engagement, leading to growth for our customers and our business globally.

Building on Intuit's decade-long investment in AI, we're integrating advanced AI and machine learning algorithms into our platform, with a specific focus on multi-channel digital marketing. You'll be driving the future of how Mailchimp can power its growth through AI-powered innovation.

What you'll bring

  • 5-7 years of Product Management experience in a top tech company, MarTech company, or innovative technology startup, with a focus on B2B SaaS, advertising tech, and / or ecommerce tools

  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, best practices in conversion rate optimization, and their application across the entire customer journey

  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making in the context of feature development

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and stakeholders across various organizational levels

  • Passion for creating innovative solutions that solve real marketing challenges and drive marketing success.

  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, and execution skills with the ability to drive work to completion in a fast-paced product environment

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in marketing and advertising contexts, particularly in enhancing customer interactions with predictive analytics

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or software engineering background is a plus

How you will lead

  • Develop and own both high-level roadmap and detailed delivery plans for advanced digital marketing functionality across the entire Mailchimp customer acquisition, conversion and retention lifecycle with deep integrations into Customer Data Platform and Analytics.

  • Interact with Small and medium businesses to understand pain points, collect requirements, and seek a deep understanding of growth marketing needs

  • Use a data/metrics-driven product development approach; define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on key performance indicators. Thinking from the perspective of how these experts see marketing through CAC, LTV, and every other analytic measurement.

  • Manage prioritization of strategic features and capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing third party systems

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that eliminate silos and enable the entire organization to deliver on Mailchimp growth strategies.

  • Influence key stakeholders and lead change in product strategy, design approaches, and AI adoption.

  • Mentor and coach aspiring product managers, accelerating AI adoption in marketing contexts and fostering a culture of innovation
