The Klann lab at NYU's Center for Neural Science is looking for a postdoctoral associate to work on the following:

• Perform cell-type specific transcriptomic, translatomic, and proteomic studies

• Perform 2-photon imaging to examine activity-dependent changes in neuronal activity and metabolism in normal and disease model mice

• Design and engineer molecular tools to probe aspects of translation in vivo in mice

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary for this position is $65,000.00 New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer .

Ph.D. in Neuroscience with experience with in vivo 2-photon imaging.
