What We Need:

The Podcast Post Sale Operations Intern is responsible for assisting in the tracking, execution and monitoring of the post sale operations tactics for the iHeartPodcast Network.

What You'll Do:

This will include such functions as:

  • Assisting with weekly reporting for Slate/Network Shows

  • Downloads, charts, news links

  • Track Omny IDs/Episode Live Links/Time Stamps for custom elements

  • Follow up with DAMs/DSEs on product tracking for Personally Endorsed Spot Requests

  • Review Verbatim Spots upon delivery from Production to ensure accuracy

  • Assist with other team support functions that ensure the podcast production team and iHeart’s sales team can deliver on what’s been sold across the iHeartPodcast Network

Requirements:

  • Have fun and love what you do with the iHeart team!

  • Interest in iHeartMedia's company mission and values.

  • Full-time undergraduates (Sophomore, Junior or Senior) at an accredited university in classes leading to a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline.

  • Good academic standing.

  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.

  • Willingness and desire to learn, grow, and explore in your role as an intern.

What You'll Need:

Work Experience:

Related job experience in the media, podcast or sales industry,

Campus and/or extracurricular involvement with audio, music, broadcasting, podcast, marketing, business, or similar fields.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
