NYU Langone Health System Pediatric Nocturnist (Hospitalist) Position in New York, New York
The Department of Pediatrics at NYUGrossman School of Medicine is seeking a board certified/board eligible pediatric nocturnal hospitalistfor a faculty position at the Hassenfeld Children's Hospital at NYU Langone Health. The individual will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in a new, state-of-the-art acute care medical surgical unit. Responsibilities include supervision and teaching medical students and pediatric residents, and participation in hospital-related administrative, research and/or quality improvement initiatives. The individual willjoin our lively Pediatric Hospital Medicinegroup, which actively engages in all these activities, and will have access to a wide array of professional development resources offered by the institution.
The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in Pediatrics, possess outstanding clinical skills, hold current NY licensure, and PALS. Applicants are eligible for a faculty appointment at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics. Salary Range $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
