Description We are offering an engaging opportunity in the bustling advertising industry situated in New York for a Payroll Specialist. The role involves meticulous attention to detail and organization, with a focus on processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. In addition, the role requires monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process payroll for various clients

• Accurately record journal entries relevant to payroll

• Calculate commissions for employees based on set guidelines

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline payroll processes

• Leverage knowledge of ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient payroll management

• Administer 401k - RRSP activities

• Perform auditing of payroll records for compliance and accuracy

• Manage benefit functions in relation to payroll

• Handle multistate payroll and bi-monthly payroll responsibilities

• Oversee payroll management for over 500 employees

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax submissions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce systems

• Ability to administer 401k - RRSP Administration

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Skills in Auditing

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions

• Experience in Multistate Payroll

• Proficiency in bi-Monthly Payroll

• Experience with ADP - Payroll

• Knowledge in Benefits Payroll

• Proficiency in Payroll

• Experience in Multi-state Payroll

• Understanding of Payroll - Multi-State

• Ability to manage Payroll - Over 500 Employees

• Familiarity with Payroll Taxes
