Description We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team in New York, New York. This role involves managing complex litigation cases and EB-5 immigration cases. The Paralegal will be expected to assist in various legal tasks, conduct in-depth research, and communicate effectively with clients. This role will not transition into a permanent or full-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation cases and EB-5 immigration cases effectively.

• Prepare and review vital case materials and documents such as affidavits, legal correspondence, and immigration applications.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and fact investigations to assist attorneys.

• Draft, review, and file legal documents and forms under the supervision of an attorney.

• Communicate effectively with clients and provide updates on case status.

• Translate legal documents and client communications from Mandarin to English and vice-versa.

• Facilitate the timely submission and application process of EB-5 (or similar) visas.

• Ensure all deadlines are met through efficient case management. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal

• Demonstrable knowledge in Immigration Law

• Proficiency in Commercial Litigation

• Comprehensive understanding and skills in ParaLegals

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field preferred.
