Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Paid Social Specialist in New York, New York, 10003-1521, United States. This role is within the tourism industry and will require some travel for company quarterly retreats. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media strategies, particularly on Facebook, and will be expected to handle significant budgetary responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid social media strategies, particularly on Facebook

• Manage substantial advertising budgets effectively and efficiently

• Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, tracking their success and adjusting strategies as needed

• Manage Facebook Ad campaigns, ensuring they meet our company's goals

• Use Facebook Ads Manager to create, adjust, and monitor ad campaigns

• Analyze data to gain insights into target audiences and preferences

• Optimize campaigns by using creativity and marketing research

• Collaborate with team members to develop cohesive and successful campaign strategies

• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign lifecycle. Requirements • Proficiency in Google Analytics

• Knowledge and prior experience in Advertisements

• Strong understanding of Analytics

• Experience in Campaign Planning

• Expertise in Paid Social

• Familiarity with Facebook Ad

• Proven experience in Facebook ads management
