We are currently seeking a National Sales Director to lead our business development team as well as the overall sales function for the firm. This individual can be based out of any one of our offices in the US.

Numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) efforts
Lead the business development team by developing and implementing sales plans & strategies to increase the company's profit. Motivate colleagues to achieve sales metrics
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets & Metrics
Create budget for business development professionals and track to return on investment for various strategies and spends
As appropriate, participate in proposal development, focusing on the EisnerAmper value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes
Use various research tools to target companies and prepare sales teams for meetings
Manage sales pipeline
Coordinate with marketing team re: institutional marketing to support sales effort
Manage sales reporting function
Implement programs to educate all service line professionals regarding service line capabilities and new offerings to promote internal referrals
Manage and enhance direct sales program
Work with industry leaders to better understand targeted industry specialization and help promote campaigns regarding service offering solutions
10 + years of demonstrated experience selling professional service solutions and services
7 + years of demonstrated leadership experience of a national sales team; ideally with a professional services organization
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field
Ability to travel regionally and/or nationally, 20% or more
Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence, and results
Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities
Able to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and EisnerAmper service offerings

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between
120000and
250000The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
